FloatPad

An always-on-top AI copilot over the rep’s web CRM. It ranks every deal, writes the next move and handles the busywork — but never saves anything without the rep.

Why it helps

  • No IT project. Reads the CRM page already open in the browser. No API, no admin access.
  • Two AIs, two jobs. A scoring model judges how close each deal is, its likely close day and stall risk. A language model writes the status, the next move and whose turn it is.
  • The day’s order, decided. Deals sorted by predicted close day, then size — color-coded within 2 weeks, within 2 months, or later.
  • Rankings you can trust. A deal is re-scored only when its own CRM text changes. Stable lists, fewer AI calls.
  • Cold deals surface early. A plain rule: due within 3 weeks with no contact in 10+ days.
  • Logging without typing. Fills the activity type, subject and note. The rep presses Save; FloatPad notices.
  • Hands-free, hard-guarded. Hold-to-talk voice and dictation. It never presses Save, Send or Delete unless the rep said that exact word and it is at least 90% sure.
  • Prep and calls, handled. Walks accounts in the rep’s browser, skipping any read in the last 20 hours. Records, transcribes and summarizes calls on a local server.

Drill Packages

Turns the best rep’s know-how into a desktop tool that builds a complete, correctly priced equipment package in seconds — every time.

Why it helps

  • A whole kit from three answers. Machine, job specs, ground conditions — out comes the full add-on package, line by line.
  • Never under-specced. Sizing math works out bore size from the pipe bundle and picks matching cutting and pulling tools.
  • Mistakes happen once. Field lessons become rules: an item once missing at delivery is always included; spares ship for parts customers break.
  • On budget, never short. Drops optional groups in a set priority order. Essentials are never cut.
  • Price checks where it counts. Biggest dollar impact first, price history beside list price, and flags on parts whose recorded prices disagree.
  • No retyping. One-click export to the dealer’s own formats: sales workbook rows, a parts-request email, a one-line quote summary.
  • Built to be trusted. Offline desktop, autosaved drafts, daily backups, recovery from a corrupted data file, ~100 automated checks before any update ships.
  • Learns from history. 7 past deal workbooks plus a master list became one priced catalog — and surfaced the conflicts hiding in the dealer’s own files.

Yard Audit

Walk the lot, say what you see, and the inventory checks itself off — down to a completed audit PDF ready to hand in.

Why it helps

  • No clipboard. Read the model and serial tail aloud; the unit checks off with an instant chime.
  • No look-alike mix-ups. Units that share serial digits but are different models stay apart.
  • Talk like a person. “Scratch that” works, even mid-sentence. It tells readings from chatter.
  • Asks instead of guessing. Ambiguous matches are shown and picked by voice. An AI intent check handles the clear cases — and it keeps working if the AI is slow or offline.
  • The form you already hand in. Fills the dealer’s original audit PDF in the same cells, adds pages for found-but-unlisted equipment, and re-checks the file after saving.
  • Faster reconciliation. For missing units, it opens the record in the dealer’s business system and pre-fills a note on who has it. A person reviews and saves.
  • What’s left, on one page. A separate PDF lists every unit still unaccounted for.
  • A full audit trail. Every word recorded, with a review marker before each identification. Recordings auto-delete after 10 days.

OneFill

A stack of sales and financing paperwork becomes one filled, ready-to-sign PDF — nothing lost, retyped or cut off.

Why it helps

  • Signed from a phone. Upload any PDF, place boxes, send a private link. The client fills and signs with no app or account; the signed PDF is stored and emailed automatically.
  • One packet, right order. Drop in dealer paperwork and lender financing forms; get one print-ready PDF in the right order, whatever order they were picked in.
  • Type it once. Finds and names every blank by meaning — company, signer, title, date, phone. One value fills everywhere.
  • CRM to form. Paste a CRM customer page; AI fills the remaining blanks.
  • Respects what’s there. Keeps existing text, checkboxes, radios and dropdowns, and leaves lender-only columns blank on purpose.
  • Never loses a page. Two independent PDF engines verify the exact page count. Long values wrap; anything that won’t fit is flagged.
  • Safe signing. Each document is signed exactly once — one stored copy, one email, even with retries or two devices. Up to 2 signers per link, with conflict checks.

Crew Radar

An always-on prospecting radar that finds contractors likely to buy right now — from free public data only — and hands the rep a ready first message.

Why it helps

  • Only new names. Skips anyone already in the CRM.
  • Ranked by “why now.” New business, nearby storm damage, fresh small-business funding, a growing truck fleet, planned infrastructure work in the county.
  • First to the new ones. Catches new companies within days of filing.
  • The right machine for the crew. Each lead is matched to a machine that fits its work.
  • A first text in the rep’s voice. English or Spanish, and it never mentions anything private.
  • Runs itself. Rebuilds in the cloud on a schedule from free public sources.
  • Everyone in sync. Texted, called and skipped marks show on the phone and every computer.
  • A person sends every message. One at a time, never in bulk. Once a prospect replies, the lead moves to the CRM.

Offerings

Proven cores, fitted to your business.

The first five start from tools already built for a regional heavy-equipment dealer; the sixth starts from your workflow. The engine carries over; your rules, data, forms and formats are fitted in. Every engagement opens with an assessment.

Who it’s for

Sales teams whose deals run on stacks of PDFs — their own paperwork plus lender or partner forms — that clients must fill and sign.

Sales Copilot

An always-on-top copilot over your reps’ web CRM: ranks every deal, writes the next move, never saves without them.

What you get
  • Deals ranked by predicted close day, then size
  • AI-written status, next move and whose turn it is
  • Going-cold warnings by plain, visible rules
  • Fill-only logging and hold-to-talk voice — the rep presses Save
What carries over

Browser-based CRM reading with no API or IT project, the scoring-plus-language model pair, stable re-scoring, and the hard voice guards.

What’s customized

Your CRM pages and fields, your stages and close windows, your activity types, and what counts as going cold.

Who it’s for

Sales reps working deals in a web-based CRM on a Mac.

06 Starts with an assessment

Custom Tools

Anything else worth building — scoped from your workflow, not from a template.

What you get
  • A workflow map and a prioritized build plan
  • A production tool: desktop, web, voice, documents or data
  • Tests, guardrails, documentation and handoff
What carries over

The standards behind every build above: people press the button that matters, it works when AI doesn’t, it’s tested like infrastructure, and AI spend earns its keep.

What’s customized

Everything else.

Who it’s for

Teams with a workflow that doesn’t fit a box above.

Scoped per engagement

Start with an assessment

Assess first, then build. Every offering is scoped after a short assessment, so you only build what earns its place — and you own what ships.

How engagements work

Services

Limited engagements, built to ship.

A small number of engagements each quarter, alongside full-time work — selected for fit and leverage. Every one starts with an assessment, then fits an offering or builds something new. No open-ended retainers for the sake of it; the work has to earn its place.

01

AI Consultation / Assessment

A focused engagement to map workflows, find where AI or automation actually pays off, and leave you with a prioritized build plan: what to build, what not to build, which offering fits, risks, and rough scope.

  • Workflow map
  • Opportunity shortlist
  • Prioritized build plan
02

Offering Fit or Custom Build

Fit a proven offering to your rules, data and formats — or design and ship a new production tool: desktop apps, web apps, voice agents, document automation, data pipelines. Tests, guardrails, and a handoff your team can own.

  • Interface and system design
  • Build, test, and guardrails
  • Documentation and handoff
03

Ongoing Partnership / Iteration

After a build, stay close: refine against real usage, add the next workflow, and keep the system honest as the business changes.

  • Usage reviews
  • Next-workflow scoping
  • Selective iteration

Approach

Built for the day after the demo.

The work is judged by whether it holds up in real operations, with the people who run them.

01

Operators first

Built with the people who use it, in the language of their day.

02

Guardrails by default

Humans press the button that matters. Save, send, and delete stay deliberate; every outreach message is sent by a person.

03

Works when AI doesn’t

Yard Audit keeps working when the AI is slow or offline. Elsewhere, limits are stated plainly — not discovered in the field.

04

Tested like infrastructure

~1,750 automated tests on the yard audit; ~100 checks before every package-builder update ships.

05

Cost-aware

~1¢ of AI cost per processed packet; $0 data cost on the prospecting radar. Spend goes where it earns its keep.

01

Assess

Map the workflow, find the friction, and choose the smallest build that pays — an offering or a custom tool.

02

Build

Ship in tight loops with the people who use it. Tests and guardrails from day one.

03

Hand off

Documentation, training, and a clean boundary so the tool survives without me.

Contact

Tell me about the workflow you’d like to fix.

A short note about the work, the people doing it, and where it slows down is enough to start. Mention an offering if one fits. I’ll reply with whether it’s a fit and what an assessment would cover.
